Civilization II gold is an updated version of the classic Civilization II, although the actual gameplay is not changed to much except for the music and some new units. The major parts is the complete new power to make your own scenarios. You can change the look of the units, terrain, advances, set events, making the complete gameplay in your hands. You can also rename them. There are several new scenarios included, with all new terrain, units, city looks, with themes such as after the apocolypse, alien invasion and the civil war. Another major feature is the multi player function. It allows two people two play from all over the world or on one computer. Great game, try it out.
